ADEMIJU O. ALUKO
MD / CEO
Ademiju Aluko is the Managing Consultant of Gems Consulting with over 18 years engagement experience in Business Solution Management and IT Service Delivery. He drives the Dynamics business practice in Gems with unflinching excellence; providing leadership and direction for continuous business expansion. With deep technological know-how in RDBMS, Software Development, Solution Architecture, System Migration and Integration as well as Project Management experience, Ademiju provides expertise in Strategy and Business Transformation, Process Reengineering and Digital Transformation through IT systems delivery. In his last engagement, he provided Executive Leadership in the World Bank sponsored Kaduna State Budget and Treasury Management Information System. He has attended various management courses including the famous Executive Development Program at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
TAOFIK OLANIYAN
DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY & MODERN WORKPLACE
Taofik is a Director in Gems Consulting. He also doubles as the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft SharePoint Lead in the organization. He has over Fifteen (15) years extensive experience in Solution Development, Data Architecture, System Deployment, System Integration and Project Assurance. With cross industrial experience that cuts across Oil & Gas, Logistics, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Aviation, Utilities et al., He provides technical leadership in the various Dynamics NAV-led business transformation deliveries in the organization. Taofik holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology.
SOGO OLAREWAJU
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SUPPORT
Sogo is a director in Gems Consulting. He also doubles as the lead in the Business Support practice as well as providing leadership for the Research and Development team. A seasoned solution architect on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, Sogo’s technical brilliance enables the support team to deliver utter customer satisfaction ensuring quality after sales experience with Gems Consulting. He also leads the R&D team responsible for providing bespoke solutions to our numerous clients. Sogo holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology.
ADEOLA KEHINDE
DIRECTOR, SERVICE DELIVERY
Adeola is a Director in Gems. He also leads the Training unit as well as the project management office of the organization. Adeola has over 15 years of industry experience in Solution Delivery and performance monitoring. A distinguished Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), He brings his technical curiosity and overall delivery management in ensuring the project management team meet set deadlines and deliverables. He has attended several international courses in project monitoring and service delivery.
FRANCIS NNONAH
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS
Francis Nnonah is the Business Director for Gems Consulting providing leadership in the business engagement practice of the organization. He has over 15 years extensive experience in the Financial Services as well as IT Business Consulting. His Skill sets span Business Advisory & Management, Human Resource Management, Performance Monitoring and Quality Control. He was until 2017, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM lead; providing Quality management and driving the expansion of the business unit into a whole independent profit centre. Francis holds a Master's Degree in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) from Greenwich University, UK.
ADEBOLA OGUNLEYE
DIRECTOR, E-TRANSFORMATION & CLOUD COMPUTING
Adebola is a Director in Gems Consulting. He leads the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) team in the organization. Adebola has over fifteen (15) years extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Development, Data Architecture, System deployment & Integration as well as Project Management; a distinguished Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Adebola, over the years has provided huge technical interventions amongst the various ERP solutions across various sectors in Financial Services, Oil and Gas, FCMG and other key industries. His last major assignment was leading the Technical Team in the successful Treasury Single Account deployment for a State Government in Nigeria, the first of its kind. He holds a Master's degree in Information Technology. Adebola has participated in several top level Microsoft Technological summit across the globe.
ERNEST AMANKWA
COUNTRY MANAGER, GEMS GHANA
Mr Amankwa is the Country Manager for Gems Consulting, Ghana. He has over 18 years of industry experience and heads the business practice in the country. His Skill sets span Business Management, Solution Delivery & Technology Management. With a first degree in Administration Accounting from Central University Ghana and a post graduate experience in Project Management, Ernest has provided leadership in several business automation transformation across several sectors of the economy in Ghana. Mr Amankwa is also a graduate from the school of leadership and governance and the Kofi Annan Institute of Technology , Accra Ghana.
